The student applications are for USU students who wish to apply for tenancy at Cobble Creek Apartments for the academic school year usually from August to May.
The summer visitor applications are for our senior citizen visitors who will be residing with us during their visit to Logan, Utah. We offer full time tenancy (May - August) and may have some "half time" tenancies (May - June and July - August) available. The dates will vary.
