Students:
Security Deposit
A $175.00 security deposit is required upon application. A non-refundable maintenance fee of $64.00 applies to all tenants on a pro-rated basis depending on move-in dates.
The Rental Rates for the 2012-2013 school year
(20 Aug 2012 - 04 May 2013) are as follows:
Shared Rooms: (2 persons to a bedroom):
- $272.00 per month / $2,321.00 for the school year
Private Rooms: (1 person to a bedroom):
- $354.00 per month / $3,021.00 for the school year.
Required Prepayments
The Aug/Sep 2012 and Apr/May 2013 rent prepayments (also known as the first and last month rent prepayments) are to be paid according to the following schedule:
Aug/Sep 2012 pre-paid rent due no later than 01 June 2012:
- Shared: $380.80, Private: $495.60
Apr/May 2013 pre-paid rent due no later than 01 July 2012:
- Shared: $308.20, Private: $401.40
Covered Parking
Reserved Covered Parking is optional. Cobble Creek Apartments offers covered parking for $120.00 per academic school year. Payment for reserved covered parking must be received at the time of application. Reserved Covered Parking is limited and reservations are made according to the earliest date of application.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing NO LATER than July 01, 2012. Cancellations received prior to June 1, 2012 will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after June 1, 2012 and prior to July 01, 2012 will be subject to a $175.00 cancellation fee. After July 01, 2012, contracts will be terminated pursuant to the termination section of the 2012-2013 Tenant / Landlord Rental Agreement.
Miscellaneous Charges
An $8.00 per day late charge will be assessed for payments made after the fifth day of each month with a maximum charge of $120.00 per month. Late fees will be waived if prior arrangements are made with management. A $35.00 fee PLUS bank charges will be assessed for returned checks.
