Cobble Creek Apartments, LLC ("Cobble Creek") maintains this Website (the "Site") for your use and information; your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance, without limitation or qualification, of these Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, just as if you had signed them. If you are not willing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, you may not access the Site. Cobble Creek may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Any continued use of the Site shall be deemed conclusive of your acceptance of the modified Terms & Conditions.
Use of the Site: Your use of the Site is restricted to its intended purposed only. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost or use any Site materials or information for public or commercial purposes, without the express written permission of Cobble Creek. All contents of the Site are copyrighted work of Cobble Creek or others and may not be used without our express written permission, except as otherwise provided herein.
Age of users: We do not intend the Site to be used by individuals under the age of 18 without the supervision of a parent or guardian 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 13 you are prohibited from providing Cobble Creek with any personally identifiable information.
Limitations on access: Except as otherwise expressly permitted, any access or attempt to access other areas of the Site or Cobble Creek’s computer system or other information contained on the system for any purpose is strictly prohibited. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cobble Creek, its members, managers, employees, agents, suppliers and third party partners from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation by you of these Terms & Conditions, or any activity related to your use of the Site.

In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts are service marks, trademarks and or trade dress of Cobble Creek and may not be copied, in whole or in part, without our express written permission. You acknowledge that the Trademarks used and displayed on the Site are and shall remain the sole property of Cobble Creek or the Trademark owner.
Nothing contained in this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right in and to the Trademarks without the express written permission of Cobble Creek or the Trademark owner. Your misuse of the Trademarks on the Site and in its contents, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited. You are advised that we will aggressively enforce our intellectual property rights in the Site and its contents to the fullest extent of the law, including by seeking criminal sanctions.
Online communications: Cobble Creek assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of the Site nor for any Site error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, or inaccuracy contained in any information within the Site. Use of the Site’s online application does not guarantee that an apartment will be reserved for you and no landlord/tenant contract is entered into through your use of the Site.
Operating policy: You are prohibited from transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or would otherwise violate the law. Cobble Creek will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Cobble Creek to disclose the identity of anyone transmitting any such information or materials.
No endorsement: Certain links on the Site lead to resources or organizations located on servers that are not maintained by Cobble Creek or under its control. We provide such links merely for our users’ convenience. We are not responsible for the content of any such referenced Websites or for the availability of access to such Websites. Inclusion on the Site of any link to another Website, or any reference to any product or service by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, or otherwise, does not constitute or imply an endorsement or recommendation by Cobble Creek.
