Covered Parking: Covered Parking is optional. Cobble Creek Apartments offers covered parking for $105.00 per academic school year. Payment for covered parking must be received at the time of application. Covered Parking is limited and reservations are made according to the earliest date of application.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing NO LATER than July 01, 2008. Cancellations received prior to June 1, 2008 will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after June 1, 2008 and prior to July 01, 2008 will be subject to a $175.00 cancellation fee. After July 01, 2008, contracts will be terminated pursuant to the termination section of the 2008-2009 Tenant / Landlord Rental Agreement.

Miscellaneous Charges: A $7.00 per day late charge will be assessed for payments made after the fifth day of each month with a maximum charge of $105.00 per month.  Late fees will be waived if prior arrangements are made with management.  A $35.00 fee will be assessed for returned checks.
