2008-2009 School Year

A $175.00 security deposit is due upon application.   There is a $56.00 non-refundable maintenance fee withheld from the deposit for the academic school year.  A $25.00 discount is available if the whole school year is paid no later than 19 August 2008 AND the same Tenant remains at Cobble Creek for the entire school year. If a reserved, covered parking space is desired, also send a check for $105.00 for the school year.  Covered parking spaces are assigned on a first paid first served basis.

Monthly Rental Rate: $249.00
Academic Year Total: $2,117.00

1 Person per bedroom (Private)

Monthly Rental Rate: $324.00
Academic Year Total: $2,754.00

Move-in date is 19 August 2008.
Move-out date is 02 May 2009.

1st & last month pre-payments: These payments are required as follows:

PAYMENT DUE BY 01 JUNE 2008:
Aug 19, 2008 - Sep 30, 2008 pre-paid rent.
Shared Bedroom payment is $357.00
Private bedroom payment is $464.00

PAYMENT DUE BY 01 JULY 2008:
Apr 01, 2009 - May 03, 2009 pre-paid rent.
Shared Bedroom payment is $266.00
Private bedroom payment is $346.00

After the security deposit and the 1st & last month payments have been made, the balance due for the rest of the academic year is:

Shared:  $1,494.00
Private:  $1,944.00

Monthly Payment Schedule: First payment is due October 1, 2008 and then the first day of each month thereafter through March 2009.

If the balance due is paid by 19 August 2008 and the same Tenant lives at Cobble Creek for the complete school year, then a $25.00 pre-payment discount applies.
